"Just do it 2 gether ("J2 ") Bulgarian, Romanian, Greece, Czech, Lithuanian Youth Exchange project, which will be held in Lithuania, Visaginas, Utena region, 2014, August 18-26 days. 25 young people (under 5 to each country ) and 1 leader for each country together to discuss common activities of gender inequalities, existing stereotypes about gender roles, partnership and cooperation between the genders, gender equality in sport issues will become familiar with different cultures and traditions in terms of about gender roles as foster a common understanding of and cooperation between the genders. All that will explore using the sports like metod, trying different kind or sports, outdoor methods, learning through experience. Project themes reflect the interests and needs as they picked us, the participants, to look into the interactions between gender features and learn new useful things that will serve us in the future. The project is addressed to young people aged 16-26. Men and women compete in life, often think of stereotypes, often do not understand each other. Sport also has a competitive environment, it is very important to teach young people not to compete, and how to find the points of cooperation, communication training, to be tolerant - it is the values, needed to live among the people in the community. Our action themes - look for our young people, men and women's communication and partnership possibilities in order to find similarities and differences, to learn how to overcome cultural stereotypes of gender inequalities, find points connecting the general activities - discussions, discussions, simulations, sports activities apart from the competition. The project aims to create the conditions for intercultural training, break intercultural gender stereotypes, inspire youth various sports activities and get to know yourself, your role in life and realize their equal opportunities. In order to create the best conditions for learning, we will use a range of methods: visually provide information, discuss and perform verbal tasks, learn through active participation, participants will add experience. In all of these methods to use and non-formal education: working in groups, international and national, individual assignments, practical exercises, outdoor activities and so on. We will try to focus on both gender and workshops for young people to learn something for themselves by doing, and so the language so that they can share their experiences and learning with each other, as well as theoretical: bust the myths about gender differences, inequalities in sport gender communication cultural traditions. Working methods, which we plan to use in the project is based on the principles of non-formal education - active participation, engagement in activities specific environment, and learning from the experience of the whole approach. The project will aim to teach young people to get to know yourself, trust in yourself and others, communicate and collaborate, identify common features of the two genders, which could be the basis of partnership, co- discover a variety of possibilities, train show initiative, decision-making responsibility, awareness of sport and the positive values of intercultural communication. The project is in three parts : 1) the pre- stage of the 2014 June - August months. 2 ) implementation of the project in August 2014, 18-26 days, and 3) completion of the project report, dissemination and evaluation.
