The project stems from the need for greater participation and involvement of youth in decision-making process in Alhama de Granada on issues of youth employment. A project composed of joint work sessions for one year is proposed. Open work structures, spaces of information / training, discussion and active participation, which express themselves freely in a constructive environment. Young people (and also those responsible for making decisions) may share positions, proposals, recommendations ... on how we want the policies and activities that affect us are configured.Goals:- To consolidate opportunities for constructive dialogue and interaction between youth in the municipality and responsible decision making.- To empower young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, with the effective participation and awareness of civic responsibility by making them masters of their own social processes.- To improve youth employment policies and their impact on the target population through concrete proposals that arise from the own youth.- To encourage the development of key skills in the youth participant and information available to enhance their employability.The working methods used is typical of the Non Formal education, active, participative, dynamic and, being participants the protagonists (mostly young people 16-30 years of the municipality of Alhama de Granada).The expected results are an improvement in the democratic life of the municipality, skills of the young participants and the implementation of new policies and actions on youth employment issues of more effective and adapted to the real needs of local youth.This should lead to a change in the medium to long term the current situation of youth (un)employment in the municipality.
