Joint Entrepreneurship Culture for Youth of the Cross-Border Region (JOINTEC)

The project aims to support the youth to become competent and competitive in the labor market, to be able to start an enterprise, and to participate to the sustainable development of the cross-border regions. General objective:Development of a joint sustainable cross-border network for high school pupils'- improvement in START-UP type entrepreneurship cultureSpecific objectives:1. Development of 40 high school teachers' competence in teaching and coordinating cross-border entrepreneurial culture education of pupils.2. Development of 200 Hungarian and Romanian high school pupils in START-Up type entrepreneurship culture.3. Development a partnership relation between at least 8 cross border high schools, to promote the entrepreneurship culture among pupils.The direct beneficiaries of the project are the 200 high school pupils from the cross-border region, who are directly involved in the activities, 40 Romanian and Hungarian high school teachers, coordinating pupils in developing START-UP type entrepreneurship projects as well as 20 (RO, HU) business men/women involved in the project. Indirect beneficiaries of the action are about 10.000 pupils of 20 high schools, which are familiarized with the program regarding the entrepreneurial culture for pupils, teachers working in the involved schools , local authorities, companies and other employers will also benefit of this project. In fact, the communities of the 2 target counties are indirect beneficiaries of the action.
