The aim of the project is to carry out biochemical research on the structure and function of bioenergetically and medically relevant proteins and peptides. Numerous diseases are associated with protein or peptide conformational deficiencies of the molecules to be studied.The main activities of the project are: purchase of equipment, experimental research and theoretical research.The direct beneficiaries are the Biological Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Szeged, Hungary, and the University of Timisoara, Romania. The experts participating in the planned research are direct beneficiaries by the extension of their resources and possibilities as well as their work environment.
