The long-term objective of the project is to promote knowledge, develop skills and possibilities as well as to form a cluster of organizations working in the area of waste management. The primary objective of the project is to demonstrate and distribute knowledge regarding the utilization of waste management systems and economically efficient technology of biological leachate water treatment used in the Municipality of Kalmar. Achievements: The construction of pilot plant for biological waste water treatment is planned and a number of tests will be carried out at the Kaliningrad landfill in the framework of this project.
