The project entitled Job searching in web2.0. is a trilateral mobility project which will take place in Hidiselu de Sus , near the city of Oradea. The participating countries in this project are : Hungary , represented by the association RISZK ( Regionális Ifjúsági Szolgáltató Központ ), Slovakia represented by the organization Patronus and Romania represented by the Association of Intercultural Communities . The thirty participants, 10 from each country will be working together for 9 days, acquiring information about the theme of the project through non-formal learning methods in an intercultural environment . The target group of our project are young people aged 18 to 25, who already graduated high school, or university, and are about to enter the labor market. The project idea was born in identifying the following problems : high unemployment, the inability of the target group in searching a suitable job. We would like to combine the with pleasure: to educate the young participants in the project about how they can find a job in the web2.0. era. The objective of the project is to improve the ability to search for a job in the web 2.0 . era of young people aged 18-25 ( who are after graduation ) in the project (9 days). To achieve the project objective , we’ll use the following working methods : lectures , sports , presentations, workshops, creative tasks , trip, intercultural evenings , energizers , team-building activities. We expect that after the project the participants will maximize the effects of activities, exploiting the results for their own benefits. The young will acquire information about job searching via the internet, personal development, highlighting their skills, qualities and competences most relevant for the employer. By managing correctly their Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn Page, they could be contacted more easily by future employers.
