The proposed project is called „Quality through practice” and begins on December 1, 2014 and ends on October 31, 2015. We target it at 32 students from such classes:
* construction technician
* automobile technician
* feeding and gastronomical service technician.
The students will be divided into four groups, which will have their foreign internship in the following dates:
* first group (8 feeding and gastronomical service technicians and 2 automobile technicians) – March 2015
* second group (8 feeding and gastronomical service technicians and 2 automobile technicians) – April 2015
* third group (2 automobile technicians and 6 construction technicians) – May 2015
* fourth group (2 automobile technicians and 6 construction technicians) – June 2015
During the journey and stay in Germany every group will be accompanied by one caretaker. It’s obligatory because of Polish law regulations concerning such an event.
The main purpose of the project is getting students familiar with the principles of work in German companies. Participants will get accustomed with the different functioning of small and medium touristic, automotive and structural enterprises and their character. Within the practice the youth will break their language barrier and will also gain appropriate linguistic abilities, which will be used during the process of looking for a job. Within daily contact with the German employees the students will get rid of prejudice and will learn the tolerance towards other nationalities. They will also get to know about German culture during trips to Erfurt and Eisenach, which are placed in Thuringia.
Before the departure students will get good and intensive linguistic, psychological, pedagogical and mental preparation. They will participate in language tests which will be organised before their stay in Germany and also after their return. It aims at assessing their development of the linguistic abilities. These tests will be prepared by a German teacher and through the European Commission (a special online quiz).

This project will realise the establishments according to the priorities of Erasmus+ programme. Among them we can mention: development of the vocational and linguistic abilities of participants, development of the key competences such as speaking (essential for the oral popularization of the results of the practice), writing (preparing reports in the Mobility Tool system), computer skills (preparing presentations concerning foreign internship, creating films and photo reportages from their places of work). The students will be assessed in accordance with the ECVET system previously prepared with the help of our main partner. This project also targets at the development of the school and increasing its curriculum’s value concerning vocational subjects and these ones connected with German language. Project also supports the development of partnership among enterprises and our school and also internationalization of our school.
Within the internship students will receive a certificate prepared by the enterprises and SHW, Europass Mobility, they will also create the Europass CV along with their vocational teachers. It will make them more attractive on the European market.
