Project „Divided Experience“ is directed to teachers to offer them opportunities for self learning through collaboration with partner shcools and at the same time give them opportunity to learn from colleagues from Europe. Through training and job shadowing the teacher has an option to evaluate his/hers results by actions and compare learning process in Estonia with educational systems in Spain and Greece. Current Project covers participation in an International training(training courses for Erasmus+ coordinators including a KA2 Partnership Planning ) and also job shadowing in two schools(4th Senior High School of Xanthi ja IES. EL DOCTORAL) with a reception of colleagues in our school. Goal of the Project is to learn and share experiences teaching in multicultural society, to aquire Experience to teach in partner school, to develop better use of IT tools for better language learning, to value each student and help them to aquire necessary skills and know-how through practical actions(projects, student companies, use of IT tools) for everyday life. All participating schools are from areas where multinational society sets elevated demands to school as well to level social differences through education. All participating schools are high schools that provide general education. As job shadows, the teachers get to observe how different educational systems work, to understand what role plays different cultural background for students, to learn to function in XXI century society, where traditional values change quickly(especially solving practical situations in the classroom and in the school in general). Job shadowing gives a participating teacher a wider view to elaborate school’s development plan, offers a chance to share their Experience with other colleagues and visitors of Kiviõli I High school. In the context of venturesome school it’s possible to introduce both ideas of the motion as well as learn from partner schools. Experiencing the role of a student helps to understand the changing of the way learning is organized and the essence of everlasting learning. The most visible outcome in addition to teacher’s self motivation and joy of teaching is the International measure in the school’s new development plan. Ability to integrate different levels in a teaching(multicultural environment, language learning, IT tools, business and entrepreneurship) that can be measured with the study of welfare and the level of a entrepreneurship of the school.
