From beginnings Secondary school Slovenska Bistrica is aware of it's position in local comminity. We are the only organization that offers youngsters between 15. and 18. years of age possibility to achieve formal education, development of social skills, international experiences and building of personal image. For lots of them we are first "window to the world". Needs and wishes of local community confirm our vision to be modern, quality and internationally oriented school. Without proffesional teachers there is no quality in future development. We wish to follow goals of EU 2020 strategy and implement them to everyday school practice. And first step is professional education of employees, that would keep jobs, ennoble their work with new innovative skills and influence on relization of strategical plan of internationalization of our school. Goals of project are: - to support professional development of employees for inovations and improvements in quality of teaching, - to improve knowledge of foreign lanuage of participants, - to strengthen awareness of participants about understanding other cultures and countries, - that our employes become active citizens with sense for European identity, - to spread network of internatioanl contacts and European dimension of our organization. We predicted 10 mobilities in period of 2 years, starting form June 2015. That doesn't mean that only 10 people will be involved in project. For needs of project we established Erasmus team, we will also appoint coordinator for needs of project. Team members are carefully chosen, they have a lot of experiences in international cooperation, specially in former Comenius and Leonardo da Vinci projects. Participants for mobility will be chosen on basis of their motivation, clearly expressed goals why they want these kind of education and finally on basis of being able to spread new knowledge and experiences among fellow colleagues, students, in local and national community. Main activities will be linked to encouraging, companion, effects, dissemination and evaluation of project. Placed methodolgy for implementation of project is analitically completed because it includes activities in all stages of project. We expect a lot from project, especially in field of development of competences, proliferation of European dimension in our organization through new contacts and implemented project which will have roots in mobility of school staff. We would also like to become recognizable in local community and also on national level. We wish to present ourselves as center of excellence which is based on international cooperation, openness and respect of all participants in education.
