The aim is through direct or indirect participation in the life and work of the host organization "Magic - European center for culture, art and education," volunteers to carry out project activities and to acquire: new knowledge, skills and competences in non-formal education skills for teamwork and communication with people from other countries will explore the culture of the country, new customs and natural attractions acquisition of language skills (written and spoken Bulgarian language) direct experience in working with people with disabilities and disadvantaged and acquisition of responsibility for them, a better understanding of their problems will help the creativity and innovative methods in dealing with the techniques of the arts (theater, music, dance, literature and visual arts) creating new friendships and dating, social and intercultural skills European consciousness. Duration of project activities: 6 months The activities: Volunteers will participate in the implementation of art therapy in the “Daily center” in the city of Pazardzhik. Their role will be consistent with the capabilities and competencies. Volunteer work will always be under the supervision of a specialist. Volunteers will have the opportunity to represent their country and culture by organizing lectures, demonstrations of cuisine and more. Volunteers will participate in the process of integration and socialization of children and young people disadvantaged. Will also participate in the treatment of people with disabilities. The main objective of the project is to promote and actively implementing art therapy to help psychologists and social workers in their work with children and youth at risk and disadvantaged and those with disabilities. Will participate in the celebrations and festivities of the association. Volunteers will organize activities in their free time as a personal project related to the activities and objectives of the organization. Organizing volunteer missions will be based on 30 hours per week, 5 days, 6 hours per day including language courses. The working methods are discussion, analysis, assessment of the opportunities offered and circumstances and application of funds for the arts impact and therapy.
