IUVE IN ACTION comes after discussions between the participating organizations and the exchange that we did in previous years, when we realized that young people find it necessary to address the current situation with a European-centered approach to promote greater awareness, social awareness, greater social inclusion and further development of skills of young people to allow a real European mobility. Only together, discussing and analyzing, we can draw conclusions that lead us to be better citizens and, therefore, to live in a better Europe.The synergies created between the participating organizations with the experience of previous years has led us to design this project, the aim of which is focused on promoting values education that allows young professionals to develop skills for future labor inclusion , preparation for entrepreneurship and collaboration with European organizations of social action. In this case, we find the promotion among youth of active citizenship that promotes actions of European and global influence, promoting a European awareness for development that allows social cohesion in a supportive and open environment right through workshops sought and presentations, improving the professional and linguistic skills of the participants and the acquisition of essential skills which contribute to their personal and socio-educational development and their active participation in society.The profile of the participants to the activity IUVE IN ACTION are young people with the age between 18 and 30 years, trying to get the gender balance in whole because these are people called to lead in the medium term the company and, perhaps , the European institutions.Regarding the implementation of the project which involved 45 people, it is based on the development of leisure and cultural activities, discussion groups, cultural integration activities, social, cultural tours, lectures, visits to institutions, analytical and reflection, working groups and workshops.The working methods used are based on the development work actively and participatory, so that the participant is an active agent in non-formal learning itself, by reflection, analysis and teamwork in an obvious environment cultural diversity. This methodology is extended to the development of the various phases of project preparation, implementation and evaluation.The expected impact for participants is linked to non-formal learning so that participating in an activity of high-minded and intercultural dialogue among young people cause a positive transformation in your way of thinking about cultural diversity, European awareness, and social difference and improving their self training, their sense of initiative and thus increase their employability. In leaders the impact will be more related to their personal and professional development while participating organizations will focus on international openness and increased their ability to operate internationally in addition to responding to its mission and values serving the collective of young people. It is desired that this impact will be extended to local, national, and international and diversified thanks to the coordinated work of later broadcast by each participating organization.
