Project continues the contacts established in IT incubator co-operation Phase I and carries out a training programme ICT Partnership Finland/Estonia which includes training sessions for the firms from the both countries. Project develops international abilities and subcontracting contacts of firms across the Gulf, and establishes the incubator co-operation between Helsinki and Tallinn. Target areas: Uusimaa and Estonia
