CONTEXT OF THE PROJECT:The project "Spanish visit in the profession", initiated by Vocational School of Tourism "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" - Kardzhali will be implemented jointly with the partner organization TRIBEKA LAB SL - Malaga, Spain.The project will be implemented for a period of 18 months. The mobility will take place in July 2017 in the city of Malaga, Spain.GOALS OF THE MOBILITY.Enlargement of professional knowledge and skills and gain practical experience in a real working environment for the organization of production and services in catering and entertainment establishments. - Acquisition of knowledge and skills for cooking of traditional Spanish dishes and learning the specifics of serving Mediterranean specialties;- Increasing the professional competencies of students in bakery and confectionery;- Implementation of innovative methods of organizing catering events;- Searching for new techniques and technologies in the field of food technology and tourism and development of necessary for the profession key competences and qualifications - aesthetic sense, creativity, teamworking and a culture of behavior;- Encouragement of language learning and improving of participants’ communication skills in a foreign language; - Acquisitioning of such personal qualities as: discipline, responsibility, precision, efficiency, inherent of restaurateurs in the developed European economies;- Supporting of personal development, employability of users and their better adaptability of the European labor market.NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS:25 students, boys and girls aged 16-18 from different ethnic groups, including minorities of Kardzhali region in the initial vocational training in the following directions: "Hotels, restaurants and catering," "Food Technology" and "Organisation of Tourism and Leisure".The Practice will be held by agreed with the partner work program.Description of the activities:- Preparation of a project proposal together with the partner- Agreeing a work program of mobility;- Negotiating the conditions for accommodation of the users;- Selection and training of the beneficiaries;- Signing a contract between partners and users;- Organizing and conducting of the mobility;- Implementation of monitoring;- Certification of the acquired knowledge, skills and competencies;- Promoting the results of the project implementation;- Preparation of the final report by the Mobility Tool +.Planned activities follow a logical sequence aimed qualitatively implementation of the project and its objectives.METHODOLOGY USED IN REALIZATION OF THE PROJECT: Provides organization for planning, control, initiation, management by determination of a team for the project, allocation of tasks and commitments of the partners, on the one hand, and members of the team on the other hand, ongoing monitoring, mentoring, monitoring, promotion, certification and others.These methods are chosen due to the long experience of the school in successful realization of projects in various European programs.DESCRIPTION OF RESULTS AND INTENDED EFFECT:After completion of the mobility Vocational School of Tourism – Kardzhali will have:- better trained staff in the tourism sector- these are the users who will be competitive in the European labor market;- Apply the best practices by the users in the process of education of the other students;- Shall be improve the relations with businesses in the region by providing qualified staff. Vocational School of Tourism plans to conduct analysis and dissemination of the results of the project. Useful ideas and positive experiences will be included in the development strategy of the school.LONG-TERMS BENEFIT:The participation in the mobility under “Erasmus+” contributes to to raise the profile of the school, will help to promote European cooperation in vocational education and training, will expand the opportunities for closer contacts with business and will enhance the experience in the implementation of European projects.
