Turkish Employement Organization was founded in 1946 and in the following years it has restructured itself as a result of economic, social and technological changes. During these changes participation process with the EU and the increased activities of public employement organizations have been effective with the new regulation on 5th July 2003, with the law number 4904, change the structure of organization, duties and responsibilities of Turkish Employement Organization. Our organization has started professional consultation since 2012 and has a staff of 4000 job and career consultants. Our consultants have certificate approved by the Vocational Qualifications Authority, which are in 6th Level and our consultants have either graduate and post-graduate degrees.Çanakkale Employement Organization has 50 staff, 23 of whom are job and career consultants and it provides assistance for public and private sectors.Our consultants are willing to learn. ın order to provide professional development, we have planned workshops to employement organizations chosen as partners abroad. With the help of these visits, we will be able to observe how the consultant services are carried out, moreover there will be information an experience exchanges so the participants will improve their social and cultural visions. This project will provide our consultants to work with their colleuges in Europe albeit temporarily. As a result, these gains will increase the quality of services provided by the organization. We hope to prepare Strategic Partnersip projects which includes Erasmus+ KA2 for the next period of time with the help of project gains and sincere relationships among partners.The metodology of our project will take the following approach;- The participants will be grouped into 2 and each group will visit the determined host organisation. There will be 2 groups and 2 mobility. In each group, there will be at least a Reporting Team member.- After each visit, an evaluation report will be prepared by the reporting team.- Visits will start with introductory meeting at which the participants will present their organization, culture, country, the consulting systems and will prepare a plan for the main visit activities- On the last day of the visit, concluding meetings will be carried out where the participants will consider the results of activities. Experiences that are gained during the activities will be shared, brain storming will be done to serve better and a final visit report will be prepared. -After performing all three mobilities, the participants will fill in an "Evaluation Survey". With the notes that are taken during mobility, visit reports and results of evaluation surveys, Final Project Report will be prepared. The final report will be shared with either our staff and İşkur General Management to make a multiplying effect. Also the report will be issued at our website.
