IRFPP – e-Insertion, Reconversion et Formation du Personnel de Proximité des bailleurs sociaux en Europe

The project addresses the sector of social housing and the landlords. It refers to the previous project IRFPP which developed a European profile of the caretaker and multimedia training materials for the work area. The new proposal aims at developing further the e-learning tool with the focus on the specific content of aging inhabitants of social housing and therefore the need to qualify the housekeeping staff and other professions linked to social housing (social workers, councillors). The new tools to be developed as a blended learning approach shall treat two topics: the aging population, and disabled persons. The main target groups are caretakers being on the job for a long time with a need for qualification, social workers and councillors. The activities and outcomes will be: a study on the training possibilities on the work area, a multimedia platform, three thematic training modules (management, accompany elderly inhabitants, dealing with disabled persons), a certification. Valorisation shall be done through four seminars and press conferences, contact to the federations. The project shall have an impact on the growing qualification of the trained staff in terms of dealing better with the aging population . Systematic training shall be offered in the long term.
