Project participants were car electrician, car mechanic and welder professions students. Car electrician and car mechanic profession students during the placement became familiar with automatic gearboxes and transmission construction, maintenance, possible problems and their diagnostic tools. Welders learned how to select and use a variety of metalworking and welding tools and materials, acquired with electric, manual and semi-automated manner in different spatial positions, cutting gas and electric sawing practical welding experience. The second project target group was car electrician, car mechanic and welder professions teachers. Car electrician, car mechanic professions teachers learned the latest automatic transmission, maintenance technologies, diagnostic devices. Welder’s profession teachers became familiar with the ferrous and nonferrous metals and their alloys, welding semi-automatic equipment and protective inert gas environment. Aim of the project was to improve the engineering sector professions student’s professional skills and general abilities, to seek their successful integration into the labor market. 1. To improve students' abilities to work with the latest cars automatic gearbox and transmission fault diagnostic equipment. 2. To get know with the automatic gearboxes and transmissions design, to gain maintenance and possible trouble finding practical skills. 3. To improve the professional skills of students, allowing them to work with the latest welding equipment, materials and technologies. 4. To gain a semi-automatic equipment and tungsten electrode welding practical experience. 5. To get acquainted with the culture of work in metalworking, mechanical engineering; vehicle maintenance, diagnostic and repair companies foreign companies. 6. To develop collaborative links with the trade, domestic and foreign educational institutions and businesses. The project aims and objectives were related to the needs of project participants, provided not only a cameo cooperation, but all partners and continuous participation in various activities. Kėdainiai VTC implemented this project in cooperation with partners. For implementation of project activities and results we have chosen partners from Lithuania are Daugai TBS and Kaunas BTC and partners abroad - Kapadokya EAD, Agentura Educo. These partners have the knowledge, skills experience related project topic. Students and teachers skills were recognized the sending and host organization and were issued a Europass Mobility document. Summarizing the results of the practical tasks were issued by the host organization's certificate in English. We achieved the following results: 16 car electrician, car mechanic, welder teaching programmes students and 5 teachers acquired professional knowledge and practical skills; 20 students and 5 teachers acquired international mobility experience, improved spoken foreign language skills; students prepared an information -material; updated car electrician, car mechanic, welder teaching programmes content. During project activities we improved consortium ability to work in partnership, to interact and collaborate with the social partners, business organizations in Lithuania and abroad, to be creative and open for innovation.
