The INTERtool project focused upon intercultural competence development amongst adult educators, and those working upon European projects, with the goal of increasing the level of successful participation in European-funded development projects. To this end, a series of virtual and face-to-face training tools were developed and tested, by project partners, covering topics such as intercultural communication, team-building, problem-solving, understanding values and the use of virtual communication platforms. Key outputs comprised the intercultural development training course and a guidance publication presenting the training concept and supporting future course delivery.
