Interregional Network of Collective Teleservices to improve the competitiveness and the local opportunities of MicroPymes in the Atlantic Space (Local EnterNE)
Start date: Jun 30, 2003, End date: Jul 30, 2006 PROJECT  FINISHED

der to resolve their problems and put the New ICT into practical application: creation of teleservices adapted to their needs. The project intends to conduct a pilot action consisting of deploying two common platforms for collective teleservices — one oriented towards small companies and entrepreneurs in the rural tourism sector, the other towards micro-companies in the field of local production and the traditional sectors. In this way, the project contributes to the strengthening of the traditional economies of the territories of the Atlantic Area which can be considered as being ultra-peripheral. Achievements: ✔ Setting in place a series of services aimed at SMEs in traditional sectors supplied via Internet and other intermodal technologies which are already leading to improvements in their management, advertising and marketing abilities ✔ Application of new technologies to SMEs which have limited means of production, marketing and expansion due to their geographic situation or their small size ✔ These teleservices have led to partnership contacts with companies in other regions, the participation in regional economic promotion networks, access to information about the sector, obtaining support tools to improve their business management ✔ Implementation of extensive work on developing technologies, both by creating new tools and adapting those already present on the market.
