The purpose of this pre-study is to test the possibilities to develop and exchange methods withinemployment placement/validation in the Oresund Region. The project is based in Framtidshusetin Malmo and in Vosksthuset in Copenhagen, two organisations who both work with improvingthe system of employment placement e.g. after a long period of unemployment, after a sicknessetc. The project also works with employment placements for immigrants and for groups thathave difficulties in entering the job market.The expected result of the project is an analysis that can be a basis for a larger project with samefocus.
