The project aimed to enable the participation of regional actors, municipalities,institutions (as registered foundations, associations, consulting groups, NGOs, etc)to create a database or catalogue (electronic or printed version) as a communicationnetwork, expert forum and expert team. This database serves as a basis for seekingpartners for establishing partnerships at every level, sector or for interest.
