When education trends in Europe has carefully been analyzed, it is seen that transnational cooperation has increased especially in recent years. In spite of this, studies to achieve the common objectives in education usually gather under the roof of systematic framework and institutional structures. Therefore, the desire to participate in the relevant orientation is increasing in our school which has no international experience before. As a result of the surveys made in our school, it has been ascertained that 80% of income of the parents of the students is the minimum wage and under. The low socio-economic level leads to anxiety and pessimism about doing business as a qualified member in industry or doing own business in the future. Our organization produces studies and projects to reduce these concerns in cooperation with the industry. Internship opportunities are created to educate students as qualified staff and facilitate finding a job after they graduate. To achieve the objectives of the organization, we contribute to education by bringing workshops, classrooms, laboratories into a production environment, by seeking the opportunities of doing the studies of workshop, laboratory, applied course and internship in the relevant industry, by providing events such as courses, seminars, conferences for those who are successful in professions. There are about 50,000 SMEs in Gaziantep. About 50% of them are in a position to use the Internet advertising field in their work. Our project aim is to bring qualified web masters to our region by by adding entrepreneurial skills to rapidly growing Internet advertising sector for the students in the field of Information Technology, Web Programming, Office Management and Executive Assistant. Our project includes the vocational skills training of the students of Gaziantep, Avukat Mahmut Düşün Vocational and Technical High school Information Technology and Office Management in European Union countries. 14 students and 2 two companion technical teacher from Information Technology field and 14 students and 2 two companion technical teacher from Office Management field will participate in the mobility activity within the scope of the project. Our mobility activities will be carried out as two separate flow. Our first stream will be held by the Office Management students at Fundatia Professional Non govermental organization in 2016 June in Tirgu Mures , Romania. Our second stream will be simultaneously held by Information Technology students at Inercia Digital Company in Cartaya, Spain. The host institutions who experienced in the EU projects, are committed to creating the desired internship opportunities for our students. The positive effects of international student internships within the scope of the project can be summarized as follows: 1. They will become skilled workers needed by the industry by benefiting from the training and the experience. 2. Our students will be provided to teach ways of gaining and using the information. 3. The students will be provided to receive education in accordance with their abilities, needs and interests. 4. Students’ interest in the Erasmus + program will increase. 5. Information Technology and Office Management departments students who participate in this project to strengthen their professional competence, will facilitate both their personal development and will facilitate their employment at regional and national levels. 6. Students who are employed will improve the economic status of their families and provide indirect contribution to the economy. Our project will contribute to achieve the following objectives of our school: • To improve International professional skills • To provide a qualified educational environment • To develop foreign language skills of students • To train qualified staff for the labor market • To enhance professional skills of our teachers Our project activities are listed as follows: 1.
