Our schools pupils come from a lot of different countries. We need to develop openness for other cultures and languages. We need to evaluate our work with disabled pupils and we need to improve our teaching to satisfy all different needs. All our teachers should know how it is to feel as a foreigner and to be forced to learn a new language very quickly. We need more creativity to organize a whole school day until the afternoon. We want to start an intercultural project to get more people involved in european ideas. We want to improve our work with non german pupils that arrive in our country. We want to give to them and their parents a good feeling being in our country and in our school. Everybody regardless of wich origin should feel welcome in our school. We want to give to our pupils the opportunity to participate in an intercultural project and to experience the european idea themselves.
