The purpose of the project is to identify and acquire expertise in the rapidly developing field ofthe Internet in north-west Russia, with the aim of laying a foundation for the main proje ct, whichwill involve web design and program parcel solutions. Together with Barents Broker inMurmansk, the company will recruit relevant computer expertise especially from MurmanskUniversity of Technology. The pilot project will provide 10 customers and the rest of thebusiness sector in Northern Norway with a tool that can be used to acquire future Internetsolutions.
