Mobility project INPORT included 20 students: 6 car painters, 6 painter-decorators, 6 students from occupation dry construction fitter and 2 plasterers, age range from 16-18, attendind 2 and 3. Year of education. Students were accompanying by 3 school teachers. Mobility was conducted in the period 09.-25. April 2016. in Frankfurt. Host partner was KWVD which had provided companies in which students spent an internship at a pre-agreed program of work. Professional practice in Germany is recognized in hours of practical training that students are required to attend during the school year. According to the students experiences, professional practice has contributed to the development of new knowledge and skills in the field of their profession, and they had the opportunity to perform tasks mentioned below: • Painter-decorators have improved skills for creation of mineral surfaces (making of plaster surface, removing of old paint, filling the damage with plaster, sanding, smoothing fine and impregnation surface) and apply of ready-made colors on the mineral surface. • Plasterer students improved their skills in masonry walls of various thicknesses, adopted the advanced techniques of renders different performance on different surfaces, gained experience in performing various rehabilitation from moisture and plaster restoration. They worked with new materials such as Neopor isolation with graphite at least 50%, which is 20% higher thermal insulation features. This technique is not very common for Croatia. Important experience was strict observance of building regulations during the execution of the facade according to the standards for quality. • Car painter students have through mobility worked on various preparatory activities for the painting process, using grinding machine and repairing uneven lumps on the car shells, worked and helped in all sorts of final painting, they saw how to rationally use materials for painting and how salon treat the hazardous waste (oil) .They participated in the execution of works in auto showrooms with an emphasis on compliance with environmental standards at: preparing the substrate (old paint), filling / sanding preparing to P240, mixing primer and filler, process of applying metallic paint and clearcoat, painting the transition and drying with IRT. • Students from occupation Dry construction fitter have been working on the lining of brick and concrete walls and ceilings with plaster board, installing and reconstructing premises by placing partition walls with a metal frame, doing drywall exterior walls, assisting in the development of stucco. During the practical work, students were able to use only latest tehnology, they meet with new working methods and learned how to respect environmental standards. Through the dailiy work and communication with other employees, students gained experience on the work organization, relation between mentor and students and generally requests that are required on their work place. Experience gained in mobility project, will contribute to the increasing opportunities for new imployment here in Croatia and in Germany, where this occupation is wanted. The project is carried out according to a pre-established activities. In realization of the project participated principal, school educationalist and teachers of the profession. After finalizing administrative work, students were informed about possibility of participating after which we have collected applications and select participants. Selection criteria: motivation for professional development, school performance, modest behavior, recommendations from professors and social status. Selection of participants did not include discriminatory factors and was carried out by the given criteria. Selected participants have undergone linguistic, cultural and pedagogical preparation, during which we met them with Erasmus +, all the accompanying documents, obligations, funds and the manner in which the school will spend these funds, we prepared them to stay in a foreign country, with a special emphasis on professional terminology by occupations. School held two parental meetings on which parents were introduced with obligations and goals of Erasmus + programme. In the accordance with the previous agreement, project partners shared their tasks related to implementation. Linguistic, cultural and pedagogical preparation were carried out, students were given information about companies where they will do their practice, mentors got student`s CV in order to get to know them better before practice. KWVD, school and mentors agreed on the program of professional practice according to the company's activities and contractual affairs, agreed that the documents should be authenticated prior to mobility, as well as the content of the Europass mobility documents. Students completed a questionnaire before mobility where they put their expectations on paper, daily recorded their own tasks. No problem occured.
