The project is meant to focus on main goals of the Copenhagen Process, to improve vocational education popularity and quality, to develop, take in use common learning tools and to strengthen mutual learning. The main goal of all Partners in the project is to establish one stronger and closer connection better School and the World of Work. The Partnership consist of 8 partners from 4 Nordic countries and some silent partners. The aim of this project is to hold four international entrepreneur Camps for students and four International Workshops for teachers in 4 countries and at the same time collect best practices for future usage. An entrepreneurial attitude is characterized by initiative, pro-activity, independence and innovation at work, in personal and social life. It also includes motivation and determination to meet objectives, whether personal goals or aims held in common with others, including at work. This International Nordic Entrepreneurship project is a good testing and learning platform, not only for students to test their skills, also for teachers to exchange best practices on an international level. Local companies and Innovation Centers in the home country, will be involved as partners / or silence partners in all Enterpreneurship Camps and Workshops in these particular ways: - To introduce participants to regional World of Work. - To “open the doors” for participants to the internal life of the company. - To give a local practical task to find a solution on during the Camps. - To evaluate the results/ solution of the students presentations. - To give feedback about the value / effects/ relevance of the results/ solutions for the company . - To build up the long-lasting cooperation between the World of Work, schools and vocational training. - To show participating teachers the best experience of use of Entrepreneurship in cooperation between schools and the World of Work. The project gives participants the opportunity to explore best practice in the field of training tool, joint ventures and trade fairs. The project will also encourage the balance between social and professional skills for students and teachers learning about Nordic countries, culture and language. The project will: - show new possibilities for teacher for use of Entrepreneurship as a learning methods and tools. - establish close cooperation between Schools and World of Work. The results of the partnership will be used in every day entrepreneur studies. The project will test new practical tools and collect best practices that can be used as a teaching methods later on in partner organizations. Entrepreneur Camps and Workshops is one model but for VET student’s it is a very useful tool to learn how to create business from the very beginning. All partners are highly interested in testing Camps method with their students because of the practical nature. They are waiting for results and they are highly committed to use the outcomes (best practices and the Handbook) in their entrepreneur teaching. The best expirience will be implemented for teaching across the subjects in all our regions.
