Porsgrunn High school has had two focus areas the last three years which one has been "Assessment for learning". We belive that with this focus, we can improve young peoples learning and their exam results. With job shadowing teachers from other schools, we have experienced that we can have a more broad discussion, thinking and action around the topic of "improving learning" and how that motivates for students for new learning. The international courses has also given good evidens.
