The project is an implementation of the experience concerning the International School of Mediterranean Gastronomy, created with the financial aid of the Programme "Interreg IIIA Greece-Italy".The project idea is focused to the importance of the cross border cooperation for the sustainable development of the involved territories, through the valorisation of the typical agro-industry products, the multifunctional agriculture, the gastronomy and the alternative tourism, that have common characteristics, using innovative strategies, to compete in the global market.
