ACOFESAL - ASSOCIATION OF CONSULTANTS AND TRAINERS IN SECURITY Alimentaria is a non profit organization, whose general objectives are: 1. Represent, manage and defend the reputation, rights and professional interests of Associates. 2. To promote the professionalization of entities and associated companies, by promoting training activities in the field of food security at both national and internacional.3 level. Promote the relationship with related institutions. 4. Promote the relationship between associated companies by arranging conferences, seminars and other events meeting. And collaborate with other associations and / or companies based in the framework of the European Union in order to pool knowledge and experience in all matters relating to hygiene training and Food Safety. ERASMUS. The Association is comprised of 100 companies of Food Safety, in which 90% is devoted to training and whose common goal is to take on new challenges at national and European level that arise in the services sector related to food security and new laws and regulations, new technologies and advances in R + D + I. To this end, the association has created a Commission on Education, carrying out actions aimed at achieving the challenges. Namely, the professionalization of Consulting and Hygiene in Food Safety, for it has developed a standard of quality in food safety training. In order to manage and defend the professional interests of the companies comprising ACOFESAL, also forming one of the fundamental pillars for professionals.The project presented ACOFESAL offers participants the opportunity to gain knowledge in project development and European experiences with food safety training with companies established at European level, with the aim of improving cooperation, innovation, knowledge, talent and experience among its participants, so that the benefit of professionals and hence the competitiveness of enterprises. Especially with the preparation of the submission of ERASMUS + KA1 projects that allow their professionals to participate and benefit from the knowledge and experience of other expert bodies in other European countries personnel, promoting the exchange of expertise and experience on pedagogical methods and knowledge and forms and procedures.
