The interlangues project aims to develop learning intercultural dialogue and freedom of speech with Georgian, Serbian and Belgian youth 14 to 25 years with a meeting in Brussels 5 days dedicated to the discovery and journalistic satiric cartoons.The Interlangues action aims to fight against the most radical behavior, the most extreme speech with a meeting dedicated to the learning of basic skills in journalistic writing assisted by the newspaper cartoons. The meeting of 50 young people in December 2015 will be an opportunity for youth project to complete their training in newspaper cartoons, share their achievements, meet journalists on the editorial offices of European newspapers, cartoonists.The Interlangues meeting support transnational cooperation between Serbian, Belgian and Georgian youth partners working to promote intercultural dialogue in the context of the post Charlie events last January 2015. The project has an innovative and sustainable effect by the potential transfer of the project results in other countries impacted by the Charlie trauma, the number of thematic support actions on the newspaper cartoon will promote the exchange of experiences for a significant movement in service of freedom of speech in Europe.
