INTERACT reaches out to meet the objectives of European education and trainingsystems by increasing their effectiveness for adult learners. The project targetsentrepreneurs (who in most cases are also employers and managers); trainers ofentrepreneurs (ICC trainers, management trainers); students of business andentrepreneurship; academic staff at business schools providing ICC training. The projectis designed to improve the ability of European entrepreneurs to work across bordersand in their own countries in multicultural environments. It will promote access to ICTand multimedia tools by tailoring software to ICC content and to the lifestyle ofentrepreneurs. This will encourage entrepreneurship across national borders within theEU and outside EU boarders.The project will develop intercultural communication (ICC) training tools for interactiveboard environment. This will allow to offer flexible training opportunities: interactiveclassroom activities, blended learning approaches: mixing classroom activities withdistance learning activities, mixing activities between groups and individuals, as well assimultaneous training sessions between learners' groups in different countries in on-lineregime.The outputs of the project will be a set of templates for ICC training using in interactiveboard environment and multimedia tools; a Learners Handbook in paper versionproviding support for electronic learning tools; a Multimedia-based ICC training coursepiloted at chambers of commerce in three countries.
