The aim of the project is to establish and develop of Intercluster Laboratory on Environmental Protection and Risks Assessment (ILEPRA) targeted to realization of green business projects in the cross-border region. The aims are targeted by creating the basis for development the innovative Ecology Risks Assessment System for business projects adapted to the regional features; Developing the common approach for ecology risks assessment for business project in cross-border area; Introducing of green approach in clusters activities and their projects; Developing the network between Russian and Finnish clusters for realization joint business projects; Developing the GIS system of ecological status of the region and forecast short-and long-term environmental variability; Education and retraining of managers and experts working in the field related to the environment.
