The project consist in an Erasmus exchange between two Scout groups. It will gather at the same camp location : the scouts (from 13 to 17 years old) from the Unité Scoute du Roc de Lessines (HD022) from Belgium and the scouts Grupo scout Chaminade" from Cadix, in Spain. Indeed, they have started an exchange (by mail at the begining) with an other group from Spain. Very quickly the youths wanted to meet their partners. The Scouts are motivate to create their project to go over there and meet their european correspondent during Spring 2015. The intercultural camp will take place during the second fortnight of July 2015 and it will take place in the nature of Cazorla (Jaén, Andalusia). During the all camp, the teenagers will discover, by participating to various playful activities, how to be a world citizen, critical and united. For this subject, they have chosen to use pictures and videos to make a movie in order to present it in Spain and in Belgium. It's a mixed group and we think that this diversity will be enriching for everyone. The coeducation is important for them to grow up. By living, eating and playing together, boys and girls find a favorable ground to discover the way of being and thinking of everyone (through tolerance, sharing and respect). It' s an exchange to discover a new culture, to meet others european citizens, through Scoutism. This project consist in an active participation of the youths in a common camp to realize an exchange and a meeting at human scale. It's an exchange to discover an active population which is different to a certain extent but also to discover the similarities with Belgium, to exceed prejudice and stereotype. The young also hope to make new friends and keep in touch with them. This Erasmus exchange will allow to acquire manies skills : firstly the language learning, and on the other hand, the young will learn to elaborate and follow a budget, prepare a meeting program, visits, etc... They will take responsibility by working in group to realize a project from beginning to end... The Spanish and Belgian animators will supervise and guide the young. They will do everything in her power so that the young actively participate, so that they are actors of their learning by active and participative methods. The tool's choice (photography) will allow to develop sensibility and cultural and creative expressions. It's therefore a learning by action and creativity thanks to using media and technics. The young enriches his personality by his meetings with others. He learns to know himself better in situations that he never meets. It' a personal enrichment. Their initiative an undertake spirit is also draw upon thanks to discover, exchange and evaluation. More, this exchange is certify by the Youthpass. It will be use in the project to guide in the moments of reflexions about what the young are living and learning. The Youthpass will allow the young to acquire a certificate which will symbolise theirs many learnings. This exchange will have an individual impact, on every young, but also on the two groups, thanks to experience. The connections are strengthen between the participants. More, the partners will present, when they come back, the achievement of their pictures montage. All the project allows a development of a listening, sharing, trusty and respect relationship allowing at everybody to growing up. This real and rewarding connections teach how to leave, communicate and participate at a solidarity and harmonious society by the purpose to form young to become conscient, critical and to know their limits and capacities thanks to analysis of the reality, choices and to be able to take initiatives and responsabilities.
