The project is based on the trilateral exchange of persons with disabilities, their families and educators, in order to includeinternational mobility in these people with fewer opportunities and small and local organizations. Is a shared project between three European countries, according to which an exchange of persons with disabilities develops Intellectual found within the programs promoting personal autonomy, social inclusion and life Independent. The essential aim is to develop shared experiences between people involved (young people, family, technical staff and volunteers) in the different activities that are specified in the European exchange. The experience will have three groups of users and users: Spanish, Italian and Bulgarian (Down Association Huesca, San Comunita Pio and Fundacion Net). Each composed of people with intellectual disabilities who are accompanied by family andtechnical staff. The collaboration will be effective through the implementation of an exchange between the three entitiesin the town of Fonz, Huesca.It is intended to share moments of everyday life in different social, cultural and tourism contexts. They live different experiences, visiting various places, workplaces, training, tourist areas, etc., developing skillsadaptive, social and personal autonomy, friendships, knowledge environments outside the usual, of new cultures and societies, etc.The actions are divided into three sections:1. Phase training and motivation: the participants carried out a job training prior reflection and detection in the subject that (rights, employment, social inclusion, housing, etc.) are addressed in their country of origin.Phase 2 meeting, enjoyment and reflection: the participants will travel one week a partner country, where in addition to cultural and leisure activities, will work to reach conclusions drawn from the first phase, on thematic issues that you have set for the meeting.3. Phase assessment, monitoring and dissemination of results: a document drawn up in the three languages and adapted to through the methodology easy to read for people with intellectual disabilities, with conclusions and proposals more relevant and photographs that illustrate it.The results achieved contribute to the development of skills for autonomy and independent life, and also for the inclusionsocial integration of people with intellectual disabilities. One aspect that will take care with emphasis in the project is the promotion of non-formal learning activities in the European Union among young people and adults with cognitive disabilities, to promotemutual understanding and social cohesion and reinforce that European citizens feel. It seems equally relevant promote encounters among relatives of people with disabilities and improve the qualifications and training of educators through new models and practices. Finally, the project will enable us to add value to the quality of the initiatives, promoting synergies and cooperation between regional public bodies and NGOs working with these people.One of the basic aims of the European exchange is precisely the establishment of a framework for coexistence betweenyoung people with intellectual disabilities in different countries, with professional support (technical of the different organizations) and natural supports (family, volunteers), fostering a culture based on diversity, cooperation and social inclusion and help to develop European citizenship. All it related to new approaches to intellectual disabilities and new directions in terms of intervention, professional practices and support systems.
