Our project which named “Interactive Non-formal Methods in Youth Works” will be carried out by Adiyaman Youth and Culture Association together with the partners from Bulgaria and Portugal. Our project is an interactive learning methods, their awareness of the participants on this issue and ensuring cultural dialogue the goal is to enable the creation of awareness. The implementation of project activities will be utilized in non-formal learning techniques methodology. Participants will perform living and learning activities. Our organization will take place as the project coordinator and sending organization. The duration of our project is 20 months. In this case, six volunteers for 6 months will be sending to Bulgaria and Portugal, who is our partners, by our organization. They will use unofficial media tools during the service in the host country. They will use Interactive unofficial media tools during the service in the host country. At the end of the project the participants will gain Volunteers project management, language skills, digital competence, communication skills, learning to learn, children, old people and young people, teamwork skills, leadership skills, entrepreneurship, intercultural understanding, innovation and new skills in the work experience issues with creativity, knowledge and attitudes
