Integration without borders is a project which tries to bring more light in the relations between minorities and majorities in Europe. The social work is of crucial importance in the field of integration of minorities, in the field of reconciliation in society. Only competent social worker can be able to reach good results. Competence is the key word of this project which aims to define competencies of social worker and train young social workers in these new settled competencies. The main competencies according to the pre-analysis are: intercultural understanding, management of projects and social entrepreneurship. In order to determine and describe the competences really well, we asked 8 partners from 8 countries for cooperation. In this network we hope to be really very precise. The methods which will be used are analyse, comparison, evaluation, mapping of situation, exchange of good practice. The results will be training material which describes the way how to reach desired competencies, two pilot trainings and 18 young social workers (potential trainers) trained. There is also space for improvement of Master curricula of Universities in the field of integration of minorities within this project. Because of open training materials, young people trained and new Master curricula which will reflect the results of this project we are sure of its sustainability.
