INTEGRATION OF ORGANISATIONAL AND LIFELONG LEARNING CULTURE IN THE LABOUR PRACTICE OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

The principal project aim was to transfer the tools & methods for incorporating LLL into employment practices, in order to expand the adaptability potentials of employees in SMEs. The main objectives of the project’s activities were:- Support to enterprises to evolve in the framework of continuous learning and development of their human resources- Support to employees, especially to those in a precarious position, to develop their skills through personalized training and support plans & multidimensional learning methods- Promotion and development of model learning networks with the participation of enterprises, social partners, training and education organisations- Creation of products & formulation of policy proposals contributing to increasing the efficiency of the systems for training & supporting enterprises and employees.The impact of the project was very high, through dissemination of the results to 18 companies and 54 employees in the project countries and through influencing towards an OL model more than 700 SMEs & policy makers.
