The TEC-TRIPE project consists on implanting, in the scope of the ports of the Macaronesia, an advanced system of information that consists ondeveloping and implanting several computer science systems destined to the harbor sector and to the maritime transport, whose general aims are: to integrate the community of the sector; to make arise latent markets; to modernize the processes of businesses using the most recent technologies; to integrate the flows of information of the agents of the chain of value of the traffic of merchandise; to reduce costs and to increase the efficiency of these businesses processes. The systems are grouped in two areas: The Center of Services and the Integral System of Management.
