Integrated communication and commercial promotional activities aimed at the Slovenian consumers of quality fruit and vegetables produced in the Venetian province. (Coveslo)

This project aims at improving the marketing of the agricultural products typical of the cross-border area. To this end, it envisages the preparation of bilingual promotional material and the organization of events at the points of sale both in Italy and in Slovenia; all of which, in order to foster information and promotion, and to study the most suitable packaging for Slovenian consumers. The Slovenian territory can be an excellent market for distributing the typical Venetian products. Slovenian consumers have always turned their attention to the Italian production, and especially to the production of the Venetian province, since the two markets are so close. It is therefore important to improve information and promotional activities in favour of typical local organic products. Hence the agreements signed for exchange activities, which develop the mutual penetration between these two areas, spreading knowledge and giving rise to a Slovenian demand for organic produce and typical products from the Venetian province. In Slovenia therefore the consumption level of the Italian products that can be identified with specific quality (typical, organic, etc.) certifications, can be increased and the exchanges between Slovenian and Italian operators can be intensified, thus creating concrete opportunities of exchange and use of mutual structures for product marketing.
