This contact seminar aims to develop networking between organizations SEE, MEDA, EECA and Europe and strengthen the European project Erasmus +, utlizando such key issues as art and music as tools of integration. It is important to generate new prospects encouraging participation, planning and implementation of projects from start to finish and provide a space for participants to know each other as partners of prospective projects.The project objectives are:1.To facilitate the participants a space to know the profile and the way of working of each partner for a future collaboration in the Erasmus + program.2.Favorecer creating a strong and reliable network of partners interested in organizing projects within the Erasmus + program.3.To improve the quality of future projects KA1 KA2 KA3, working with participants directly aspects to consider when planning and implementing a project.4.Facilitar the acquisition of communication skills, teamwork and management of international activities and networking.5.Ofrecer experience individual and collective learning simulating the creation of a European project within the Erasmus program +6.Develop knowledge, skills and attitudes to organize a European project.7.Permitir participants to reflect on their learning and become familiar with the Youthpass.8.Visitar different local project in Spain on art, music and integration.9.Intercambio of good practices among participants on the project issues (integration, art, music)Profile of the participants:30 Workers in the field of youth, youth leaders and heads of institutions. Participants will have to be linked to professional or voluntary basis to any interested entity to submit a European project under the Erasmus + (KA1, KA2, KA3) program and be multipliers or promoters of projects.Planned activities:PRESENTATION OF ASSOCIATIONS: where participants can learn more about the organization, its objectives, activities, previous experience and best practices in SEE, MEDA, EECA and Europe and on the issues of the project and that things can be common for future project.VISITS: visit different project that are related to art, music and integration.ERASMUS MEETING + and YOUTH PASS: where participants will have an overview of the program and more specific deKA1, KA2, KA3, new objectives for the year, also learn about the Youthpass and its use in different actions.DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: We will brainstorm, then create groups based actions and interests, all related to the different issues that we work, idea, develop objectives, target group, activities, program, results, obstacles, we see the form, time and space for questions and answers, work plan and distribution of tasks within the group, they will see different tools to assess projects, mobility tool and finally present the different projects the group.It Teamwork: They help you work in international teams: decision making, the division of labor, cooperation among the partner groups, will also make a session on communication and a simulation game.Intercultural experience: We do different activities you favor the intercultural experience, as we will bring together participants from different countries, intercultural Night, Game Group.TOPICS OF PROJECT: Participants will learn new things about art and music as integration in the countries of SEE, MEDA, EECA and Europe.The methodology is based on fundamental principles of non-formal education. The methods provided and diversity, will allow participants to participate fully in the learning process, learning from experience and facilitating interaction and full participation in the group.The expected results are: a variety of projects, designed and developed during the project work network in 30 countries, workers in the field of youth trained in project implementation, best practices in the areas of art and music as integration tools.The long term benefits will be the projects carried out within the Erasmus + program and then submitted to the respective agencies and calls (we will follow up, being in contact with those responsible for the projects), the network of partners that will be created to prepare future projects. The multiplier effect of the project participants to return to their countries and to explain to other workers and carry out projects.
