Mobility within the project involves a total of 6 employees and workers of the EKS. When selecting people who will participate in the planned training, we have set as a condition the job description of the person, so that the outputs of the project have a wider impact. This is either the direct work with clients in career counselling or lecturing in this area. It is therefore a trainer or career advisor . The project was planned for 1 year. It consisted of: - The preparatory phase of the June-October 2015 (logistics, assembling ongoing evaluation and self-evaluation questionnaires, work with individual education plans, preparation of materials for self-reflection) - Mobility November 2015 - May 2016 (courses focussed on coaching, facilitation, narrative approach in counseling) - Ongoing evaluation and sharing of know-how November 2015 - May 2016 (presentations, workshops, self-reflection, evaluation, assessment of progress in individual education plan) - Incorporating newly acquired skills, knowledge and experience to our practice. The project was seen as a team activity with regard to learning needs of individuals based on their professional expertise, motivation for further development and existing competencies. This resulted in personal development of individuals and the team as a whole, in which the individual know-how complement each other. The project also contributed to the development of services and activities that EKS implements in the field of training and counseling to disadvantaged target groups and guidance counselors in the country. In the longer term, the project will enable EKS get more involved in the conceptual processes of establishing career counselling in the Czech Republic and offer new educational opportunities for career counselors in the European context .
