Traditional retail trade undergoes fundamental structural changes since the Eighties. Management has to respond to this change to assure the cultural and social function of retailers in the historic town centres. The most important objective of the project it is to develop innovative training tools (by means of e-learning) for the traditional retail trade. It is foreseen to produce training modules for life long learning of owners, management and staff. The users shall be enabled to respond to the market needs by means of new products, new service styles and updated management tools in general.
