Human resource development and evolution is becoming very intense, and changes are significant for the knowledge society and labor market conditions. Already today, the amount of information and knowledge in the world is increasing at exponential rates. Traditional training fails to solve problems arising, it does not create alignment with opportunities to learn from the scientific and professional activities, immediately applying the skills acquired through practice, it does not address issues of social justice, as provided unequal access to education regardless of the place of residence (including immigration), health status, material resources and so on. Information technology development has made a big leap and raining must be interactive and focused on the future, to promote new methods of teaching and self-education. So innovative teaching (learning) methods and their application is an integral part of teaching and learning quality improvement in the vocational training establishment, and thus the most effective learning takes place in case of changes. The use of tools, using innovative forms of training, ICT and learning methods are very important contribution to the development of an attractive teaching and learning environment, promoting the quality of teacher-student interaction. Then the student would be interesting to learn, he would feel the pulse of real life, this is finally the same training would have an attractive and efficient. Lots of vocational teachers positively appreciate the use of innovative teaching methods and note the positive effects of their own professional development as a process they perceive challenges: the need to constantly learn, to change the traditional teaching, to develop a systematic approach to the educational process and to face the challenges not only as an inevitable necessity, however, and further development and advancement opportunities. Information technology in the teaching process displaces conventional techniques, facilitating the introduction of more sophisticated methods. Therefore, in order to introduce innovative teaching (learning) methods, it is necessary to get acquainted with the application of ICT opportunities to gain experience in foreign countries, because innovative teaching methods are inadequate in Lithuania. Computer and other ICT tools provide the trainee with certain additional educational support, and using ICT students can perform relatively more complex tasks and activities than from using them. The teacher can use this fact in order to achieve better learning results applying ICT, appropriate tasks and activities are considerably increased. In addition, a certain part of educational support students can get from using ICT, in the absence of the teacher. Members of the consortium also seeks to introduce or develop a virtual learning environment realized by computerized means, which includes learning materials, learning process is organized and carried out its management. Objectives: 1.Create an attractive and stimulating learning environment for lifelong learning, to ensure the attractiveness of vocational training, flexibility and quality, installing innovative teaching methods. 2. Provide vocational schools’ staff (teachers) professional knowledge, skills and abilities required by introducing new teaching (learning) methods and ensuring their access to a larger group of young people. One of the possibilities to increase the attractiveness of vocational training, flexibility and quality of international mobility projects, offering opportunities for international students and staff mobility, professional and personal skills development. The implementation of this project will be satisfied by each consortium members need to increase the attractiveness of vocational training, flexibility, learning from each international experience of innovative teaching methods. Panevezys Margarita Rimkevicaite Technological , Rokiskis Technology Business and Agriculture, Kupiskis Technological and Business Schools. Consortium participants in internships will send 4 participants who will be selected in each school under suitable conditions.Project activities - job observation in the EU vocational training institutions in order to achieve the project objectives. International collaboration will increase teachers' knowledge of innovative forms of teaching methods, measures, in tolerance, creativity, general personal skills, develop new competencies will discover and establish new international contacts. Teachers will adapt innovative teaching methods and use ICT in professional activities, resulting in students’ better conditions for constructive individualized and group-learning opportunities and increasing accessibility of vocational training.The project participants will not only improve the professional competencies but also reinforce certain values - openness to everything new, unique, interesting, trust their creative powers.
