inovativ læring
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Since we are at the beginning of a school reform, it requires that we find new dynamic tools and ways of teaching that can inspire both teachers and students to a disciplinary and innovative boost. An important part of being innovative is to involve the practical / musical subjects and get an interdisciplinary collaboration. Therefore, it is important that teachers are equipped with thorough knowledge and understanding of how best to use each other's knowledge. The goals of the project are: to improve staff skills, knowledge of new learning methods and organization of teaching and learning, gain insight into other organizations' way of thinking about education and innovation, as well as giving a boost to education and to implement new and better methods of education . Participants will be chosen based on interest and their position at the school where they have shown interest in new ideas for teaching / learning, which can raise education levels and get both colleagues and students to think in new creative ways. The people we send off are teachers who have key skills within their subjects (eg food, biology / physics / chemistry) and being sent on training, can greatly help to disseminate and implement new knowledge and inspiration at our school. Including interdisciplinary collaboration. They should make a knowledge sharing and teaching with other teachers in their areas, so the new initiatives are put into practice. The intention is also to continue to widen the network we have established across the EU over the years for forward exchange experiences and ideas. Participants will also act as a kind of mentor to maintain the new ideas to our school. In preparation, we will, in cooperation with the course provider allow participants to have contact and match expectations before departure. Preparatory tasks in relation to what is needed is provided and determined by the course provider. Regarding risk prevention etc. The school has a common travel insurance. Travel and accommodation will take place in cooperation with our school's international coordinator, and the training provider. Budget will be guided through Mobility tools + As it is a course we are applying for, we will get a course descrition and learning agreements from the provider of the course. We will from the school, after completing the course, along with the participants evaluate the quality of the course and what impact that will have on the school in the future. Learning agreements and monitoring / reporting will be done in collaboration with the school management. The expected result is that participants come back with new ideas, and ideas that can be implemented in the subjects and the way of thinking education and thereby strengthen the spirit of interdisciplinary collaboration in new forms Participants shall pass their experience to the rest of the teaching staff and work for that the new ideas they have acquired, will be implemented in the classroom. We will after we have drawn up new plans to implement the ideas received, make an evaluation and continuously adapt our teaching, so we can be able to measure what actions have been of real importance for our teaching quality. Our participation in the project must be forwarded out, both to management, staff, parents, students, and not least in the community. This will be done through newspaper articles, internal information and for future teachers and parents.
