Our high school is specialized in intensive education of foreign languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Latin and Greek). Our main effort is to increase the professional knowledge of our teachers, as well as to innovate and improve our didactic methods of all the taught subjects, not only the in the teaching of foreign languages but in every subject throughout the years.Our basic need is the professional development of our tutors, as well as the possibility to compare didactic methods, other tools, materials and aids usage. One of the major need of all teachers is development of language competence, especially in modern vocabulary, opinion and point of view on grammar rules change, which is getting looser due to the present phase of the natural language development.Our aim is to organize during the next 24 months several short time study stays to various destinations (France, Spain, UK and Greece) for our tutors, who are fully qualified teachers.Direct participation will allow the learning of different teaching methods, innovation, didactic difference, improvement of language skills, usage of different techniques, etc. The stay in a school or institution abroad and the contact with colleagues and the society of the country will also allow us to get to know different cultures, traditions and costumes.Administration and financial tasks will be managed by our finance manager. All the agreements will be signed by the management of each school and/or institutesParticipants will be committed to fulfill all the agreed conditions. The project coordinator will be responsible for the quality and content of study stays. School will provide maximal assistance to in all administration matters. Contact person of the partner school will arrange accommodation, will assist at all aspects of the stay, help with the orientation in the region and school. She will also supervise the working program, will solve various practical issues, misunderstandings etc.Every participant will have to write a short and clear report about: 1) the teaching, 2) the language course, 3) the conditions in which he/she had to teach. We will create a questionnaire, thanks to which both the participants and the partner organizations will be able to evaluate in a completely transparent and unaffected way and we will be able to come to more objective conclusions.We are sure that this will help the improvement of their language and didactic skills. We strongly believe, that all that information will enrich or change the content of our teaching and will help with the internationalization of the teaching process in our school as a whole, because all the new knowledge will contribute to the creation of modern teaching plans for our school.With partner schools we would prefer to continue the partnership with reciprocal programs and also under new projects Erasmus+ and strategic partnership K2, to which we will apply this year to keep a long term partnership in the future.
