Innovation Support in Local Environments: Transference of Innosupport project to local environments

A central characteristic of a knowledge economy is continual technical development and innovation. Individuals need to learn new ideas and skills or to participate in life-long learning. We can say that innovation is a process that often necessitates upgrading staffs’ skills and knowledge so they can adapt to the new products but especially to any new procedures set up by a company. In this context, the project was aimed to adapt a training methodology elaborated in the framework of the Innosupport project. The adapted tool is addressed to SME and microcompanies of local environments. This way, InnoLocalSupp intends to improve the skills and capacities of the managers and management and technical staff fostering the training on Innovative Methods for Problems Solving.For achieving this goal, the project objectives were the following:- To analyse the local enterprises tissue for detecting the trends related to training and innovation.- To analyse the INNOSUPPORT project training tool.- To establish a set of guidelines intended to adapt the training tool to previous analyses.- To adapt and update the training contents and the platform of Innosupport training tool to he needs of the local enterprises.- To elaborate a definite InnoLocalSup training tool for manager, management staff and technical workers of local environment enterprises.
