Innovation and Creativity Against Youth Unemloyment
Start date: Mar 1, 2015, End date: Oct 1, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Seeing the today's needs of the youngsters to change due to the global economic crisis, we decided to organize this project to give the participants of the project the opportunity to create innovative ideas to fight youth unemployment. This project will tackle the issue of unemployment, having as our main tools the innovation and creativity. During the exchange the participants will be given those tools by our trainers through creative workshops, rich in knowledge seminars, and other activities. They will not only learn how to use those tools to make a living out of them, but also to use them wisely and become entrepreneurs and use that in order to be able to withstand and fight unemployment successfully in a European and global level. The idea of creating this project came up during an exchange that happened in Norway, June 2014, withe mostly the same partner countries. In the project there will be many activities that the trainers and the leaders will plan during the APV meeting. During the week of the exchange there will be many discussions with rich knowledge empowered by the trainers referring to the main topic of the exchange. This discussions will be followed by workshops and other activities in which the participants will be set to use the knowledge they've gained from those discussions. That way it will be easier for the participants to understand what we talk about, and learn how to use it on the field. The main objective is to create among the participants a new way of thinking. A way in which they will have innovation and creativity as relevant, important and necessary tools in life today. The participants will learn through dialogs why are these tools so important and how their application contributes to the social good, and to the fight against unemployment.
