As a school organization we aim at providing our students with the best possible eduation. We are all good and experienced teachers in our own right, yet we are eager to improve our skills and enhance our students' results continuously. In order to do that we need to follow courses and schooling programmes and refresh our knowledge of the English language. As any other language English is changing all the time and we would like to keep abreast of the newest trends. In the prospect of an upcoming merger (2016) between two schools we are going to work with authentic English school books. It will require broader knowledge of the English cultural traditions and the way English is taught in the real English classroom. We would also like to set up exchange programme projects in order to create international awareness in our students. Besides, we would like to learn more about differentiating in our lessons. We have already started experimenting with teaching through Multiple Intelligences and we would like to avail ourselves of the courses offered in this field. There are 5 participants applying for the Erasmus + grant. We are all secondary school teachers.
