"Innovációk határtalanul" a szolgáltatás szektor mikrovállalkozásaiban
Start date: Jul 1, 2015, End date: Jun 30, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

In our school it is a big tradition the organization of vocational practices for our students. We executed many successful Leonardo application programmes and one Erasmus+ application programme. Every year since 2010 we have had not one, but many winning applications, which proves we have to continue the work in favour of our students. Our host institutions are the same every year, because we managed to form very good working relationships in all three of the host countries. Our partners create the programmes of the vocational practices suited to our needs. They provide quality practice places for our students usually at small businesses, service providers. The name of our project is “Innovations across borders” in the micro-enterprises of the service sector, which fits the development strategy of the EU, the development of the Hungarian economy, the strategy of region development of the southern Great Hungarian Plain, the needs of the city of Szarvas, and last but not least the training palette of our school. The micro- and small businesses of catering, commerce, IT, hairdressing, wood industry, building industry all strive to serve the users of these services with good quality work. For this to happen, it is essential to have well-trained, innovative workforce with sufficient competencies and providing that is the very thing our school wants to contribute in, by participating in mobility programmes. The planned dates of foreign practices according to the Letters intent of our host institutions/partners: From September 27th, 2015 to October 25th, 2015, for 4 weeks 2 interior painter and decorator students and 4 students of catering will travel to Chemnitz, Germany. 8 students of catering will travel to Serramazzoni, Italy for 3 weeks between November 8th, 2015 and November 29th, 2015. To the city of Barcelos, Portugal, students of hairdressing, commerce, IT, wood industry will travel between March 7th, 2016 and April 3rd, 2016 for 4 weeks. Parts of the application are 3 project management plans, 7 work programs, a dissemination plan, the schedule of preparations. Innovative labour promotes the competitiveness of the country and the city, and aids in the development of the region by offering quality services. The regional differences decline, the equality increases. The micro-and small businesses will start to grow, and by this the economy will boom as well. Personal lives will become more successful, the social situation of families, the quality of their lives will improve and people will be more content. The popularity of the institution increases among the youth choosing career paths, providing the possibility of mobility is a motivating factor for the youth.
