Project entitled "Incubator of IT Careers. Apprenticeship of Secondary Electrical School's Students in Foreign-Language Work Environment" aims at supporting students of third grade of Secondary Electrical School in Białystok in the process of acquiring professional knowledge and improving their IT and language skills. Those goals will be achieved by sending 16 participants of the project to Leipzig to take part in 2weeks apprenticeship in German IT company - Robotron. Especially English for professional purposes will be taught and practiced on different stages of the project e.g. in frames of the preparatory course before the participation in the mobility. Didactic materials of those classes will be based on authentic materials such as manuals, newspapers articles, schemes, memos. Students will practice listening, reading writing and speaking Curriculum of the course involves the usage of English practical communicative skills for professional tasks (installation, configuration and administration of computer systems). During the course students will have an opportunity to fill the forms of Europass Curriculum Vitae and Europass Language Passport. Participants of the project will be guided by the teachers who had been running that course. They will support the students in the activities connected with filling Europasses. During preparatory period (before the traineeship) students will go to Gdańsk to attend IT fairs TECHNICON INNOWACJE 2014 (Fairs of Industrial Technnology, Science and Innovation ). Being inspired by the innovations from the fairs they will create multimedia presentations (which will be given in English) to school community. Therefore, the project creates the atmosphere which has to motivate students to take responsibility for their professional development. Project activities aim promoting right patterns of behavior and attitudes (like sense of innovation, entrepreneurship and constant drive to improving skills and competences). Those features will form modern, active, open- minded, flexible, creative worker who takes advantage of international encounters. Students who are being trained in the profession of IT specialist need to enter real life work environment to comprehend and acquire sense of entrepreneurship in order to participate in international labor market successfully. The strategy of the project is focused on the efforts to stimulate personal development and innovation of the students during the initial stage of their presence on European job market. Another goals of the project are: to arouse students' motivation to learn foreign language (during the apprenticeship English will be the language of training). The project will influence our school and local community as well. It will be achieved due to the fact that the participants and the teachers of the project will create materials inspired by the experiences gained within the frames of the project. Those products will be: 1. English-Polish dictionary of terms related to installation, configuration and administration of computer systems. The dictionary will be placed on Moodle platform. 2. Vocational courses on E-learning platform ("Configuration and Managing of Local Area Network" i " Installation and Configuration of Network Server"). The courses will be available for free to the local entrepreneurs, educational organizations and students 3. Pedagogical modifications of already-existing curriculum (programme of vocational training) in our school (profile: IT specialist). Those changes will include PBL (problem-based learning) method. The content of the modification will stem from the real life technical problems which were faced by our students during their traineeship in Germany. Moreover, the modifications will consider the demands and opinions of the employers from Germany. The teachers will discuss this issue with the representatives of Robotron company and try to consult it with the other German employers during the stay in Leipzig. Therefore, the project activates the employers in the process of adjusting school vocational curricula into requirements of authentic European job market. It will improve school's ability to prepare its students to successful participation in the labour market. 4. An analysis of already existing network and the project of computer network for the certain company that had declared the indent for such service before. 5. Articles for the press which will describe the results of the project Mentioned above products and activities will lead to strengthening the bounds between the environment of educational organizations and employers. The dissemination of the results will engage not only youths but teachers as well in the process of sharing experiences provided by this European project. It will boost positive attitudes towards European identity and convince the participants of the project about the competitive
