The requirement to which it is addressed the mobility concern the acquisition by students of specialist knowledge and skills related to the following areas: - Restoration technician, variant Kitchen / Confectionery- Technical Management and Programming Information Systems- Technical Agricultural Production, variant of Plant Production- Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electromechanical- Technical Health Assistant- Electronics Technician, Automation and Computers through an internship abroad. The proposal aims to combine the training period required by national law to be made as work in alternation to the one made at local companies during school period( for a minimum of 140 hours) for an internship abroad. This allows participants to develop strategic skills arising from the opportunity to experience and strengthen the language competence in the foreign country and to compare the knowledge acquired in the standard of education in contexts of skilled labor . The project intends in this way to encourage beneficiaries identified in the development of employability skills and promote active citizenship.The project also intends to implement ECVET in the tourism sector and hospitality industry through the establishment of a partnership that will work on a mutual agreement on units of learning outcomes and methods of assessment , validation and recognition of skills acquired by the participants in the action of mobility.The mobility will have a duration of 6 weeks for students attending attending 12th grade (secondary) and 12 weeks for high school graduates (within 12 months of study fisnishing) from the promoting school. The project specifically aims at achieving the following objectives:- The development and enhancement of professional and personal skills of the beneficiaries, with particular reference to performance -related sectors ;- The consolidation of linguistic communication , a better understanding of the culture of the host country , the promotion of key competencies related to the real exercise of active citizenship and a greater sense of European identity ;- Increasing the employment potential of the participants in proposing the labor market with significant experience and expertise ;- The introduction of innovative training methods to complement existing practices, which give a qualitative improvement of the learning process and results in reference to the question of the competence of the areas of interest and constitute an attraction for learners contrast to the trends abandonment found in education;- The development of relations between local partners and transnational processes and the promotion of cooperation and exchange of good practices among stakeholders, belonging to the contexts of training, education and work with a significant impact within their local network in improving educational and vocational guidance .- To contribute to the consolidation of the system of recognition, validation and transfer of skills and professional qualifications, ECVET framework compatible .- Contribute through shared action within the partnership ( through the conclusion of Memorandum of understanding , the definition of Learning agreement and consequent Cheklist and / or assessment ) the implementation of the pedagogical recognition in the field;The project aims to provide Viseu's region ( focusing) rural areas such has Penalva do Castelo, potential lever driving the local economy, a future generation of highly skilled people capable of creating a synergistic relationship who is able to stimulate and strengthen the economy of the area . It also seeks to involve public and private premises in measures aimed at creating innovative systems and facilitate the exchange of ideas, opinions , suggestions, problems and solutions to bring out the relationship between between economy and sustainability.
